Repsol? Sounds like the right sort of company
Iberdrola or Endesa? Utilities companies? A bit different from the usual companies but they have a strong presence in Latin America and the Bruno Senna link-up kind of makes sense
BBVA? Spanish bank wanting a piece of what Santander have been getting? Odd end of the grid to go for in that case but a possibility.
Seat or Opal? Quick, start a Volkswagen group rumour! Don't really think either is likely though.

My money would be on Repsol - in which case, any chance they could pinch Cut'n'Paste? Or how about a last hoorah for de la Rosa?
